Collector Card 2010 Terms & Conditions:
To join the Collector Card scheme, customers must complete the Registration Form in full and return to the Pub Manager, or register online. The team will be registered and allocated Collector Cards for each team member. The cards will be delivered to the issuing pub for collection within 14 days. Please check with the Manager to confirm delivery. Each pub may have a maximum of 60 active Collector Card teams registered. Each team must nominate a Team Leader who will be the person to whom the Promoter will communicate regarding most matters connected with the scheme. The Team Leader is required to ensure that the contact details provided for correspondence remain current and valid. Points will be issued from 15.02.10 until early 2011. Please check this website for up-to-date details on scheme closure dates and any other changes to the scheme terms and conditions. 1 point will be awarded for every full £1 spent. No points will be awarded for purchases (or parts of a purchase), which are less than £1. Points are valued at 50 points = £1. Exchange of part cash/part points is acceptable for redemption purposes. Points will not be given for purchases from any machines within the pub. Points may only be redeemed by giving at least 3 days' prior notice to and with the agreement of the Pub Manager. This is to ensure that at the time of redemption, all valid points are available for redemption at the time of the cardholders' visit. Although every Team Member can collect points, only the Team Leader can redeem points on behalf of the team. Points cannot be transferred, sold or traded in any way. There is no cash alternative. Only one card per Team Member is allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, expand, restrict or withdraw the Collector Card scheme including withdrawing teams or pubs from the scheme. Under no circumstances shall the Promoter be liable for any losses or damages whether foreseeable or not, provided the Promoter has sent notice of such an alteration to the Team Leader at the address provided by him/her. The Promoter shall only be obliged to notify the Team Leader of the withdrawal of the Team Leader's team or pub from the scheme. Scheme open to people aged 18 years or older & excludes employees and their families of Mitchells & Butlers plc or anyone professionally associated with the scheme. Proof of age may be requested, either at the time of joining or at any point in the future. To cancel your registration, please advise the Pub Manager. The Promoter respects your privacy. Accordingly the Promoter does not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding customers to any third party without your consent. Unless otherwise stated, information given to the Promoter may be shared with other subsidiary companies within the Mitchells & Butlers Group. The Promoter asks for your personal information (name, address, email address and telephone number) to keep in touch with you for marketing purposes with exciting offers and promotions and to better understand your needs as a customer. From time to time, the Promoter may use this information for market research and statistical analysis, and to send you information about other Promoter offers that may interest you. The Promoter may also like to share information about you with other Mitchells & Butlers Group brands or concepts that it currently has or may develop in the future, either on their own or with others. The Promoter believes that these additional uses may be of benefit to you, but understands that you may not wish for your information to be used in this way. Therefore your information will not be used for the purposes stated if you have indicated this when submitting your application. If at any time you wish The Promoter to stop using your information for any of the purposes above, please contact the Promoter who will endeavor to stop using your information as soon as reasonably possible.
