Bar Jobs

We are always happy to receive job applications from experienced bar staff that can help us maintain the service and atmosphere that The Seven Red Roses has become famous for across Lower Earley, Wokingham Road, Rushey Way and Kilnsea Drive. If you are a student looking for term time or vacation work we can offer a very flexible package and might even be able to find you a job near home or college too!

Management Positions

The Seven Red Roses has several sister pubs across the country, some with management positions available. If you have management or supervisory experience, drive, enthusiasm and commitment, our HR department would be very interested to hear from you.

Kitchen Team

We serve a small but tasty food menu in Lower Earley so we are always interested in job applications from Catering and Kitchen Staff who have experience in pub catering. We are looking for people with a hands-on approach and a passion for producing consistently good meals.
